Weheart.Biz

...has been a dream of ours for many years, and another way for us to continue to help others.  We are a family company with core values in knowledge, joy, connection, health, and persistence. Our passion is to support business owners who want to stand out from the crowd, but we also know that some of us just want to give that perfect gift to make someone feel loved.  With my husband who has over 20 years experience with personalized products and small business development and my background in counseling and being the first to help others, we are excited to be a part of our partner's journey while they achieve their dreams. We feel grateful to be given this opportunity to support you with wonderful personalized gifts and promotional products.

But who are we really?
KyleneKylene is the driver of the business. Her title is Chief  ♥ Heart ♥ Officer as she leads with her heart, positivity, belief, and empathy. She is originally from Minnesota, but life has allowed her to live in Wisconsin, Arizona, New Mexico and finally here in Missouri. From the beginning, she always wanted to help others succeed. In college she tried lots of different majors, trying to find her calling. She decided that she could best serve others in a counseling role for people with disabilities. After graduating, she packed up and drove to Arizona for her first job as a counselor. She began working with veterans with service-connected injuries and was truly amazed to see their hard work and dedication, despite some true challenges. To best support the veteran population she had grown so fond of, she spent most of her career at the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) as a government employee. Through this experience, she always felt that there was more she could be doing to support her family and others.

While exploring her desire to help others on her own terms, Kylene started as a consultant for Rodan and Fields. She thought this was the opportunity to create a better life for her family while still working full time as a counselor. This was by far one of the biggest challenges for her. She was new to business ownership and found that in the MLM Marketing world it was hard to stand out and make her business unique. During this time, Kylene and Aaron were also figuring out what truly matters to them by working with a consultant to find their true values. Harmony, Positivity, Developer, Belief, Consistency, and Empathy were determined to be what Kylene found to be the most important. It finally made sense that the little voice was saying she was not in the right place. Kylene says this about starting this business, “This was such a tough but exciting decision to make, with the support of my husband, I made the difficult decision to leave my career and apply those skills elsewhere. I still plan to support veterans, small businesses, independent consultants and those around me I care so much for, it is just on my terms now so I can fully give what I have to offer.” Kylene and Aaron’s goal is to support those who need a little help in making their business, team, customers and family/friends feel special.

AaronAaron is the support and co-pilot on this journey. He has been involved with the garment decorating and the personalization industry since 2000 and the digital printing industry since 1997. He is very actively involved in the industry as a speaker, writer, and mentor. His full time “job” is as a business development consultant to a large wholesale personalized gifts manufacturer, as well as a sublimation blanks distributor. Since 2013 he has been co-hosting the industry’s oldest and most listened to Podcast – 2 Regular Guys. In 2019, he launched his own personal Podcast Channel - Small Business Saturdays as an extension of his weekly live video series entitled the same.

So along with Aaron’s son, Keegan, Kylene and Aaron’s son, Lewis and their dog, Joey, they are off on this awesome adventure. Lewis is 8 years old and helps out with ideas, inspiration and keeping Mom and Dad on track. Keegan has overcome the challenges of being diagnosed with Autism and graduated high school and is now going to college for Graphic Design. As he has time we have asked him to help with some of the designing needed and we hope to have a full line of Keegan inspired items that come from his truly creative mind.

Aaron and Kylene want to incorporate the education, training, webinars, and conferences that they are building through MontCo Consulting. Also as Kylene, Aaron and their family grows WeHeart.biz, they plan to find the right veteran's cause to donate a portion of the proceeds after providing for their family. Finally, they also want to build a business that allows them to hire and provide for other’s and their families.

All of this culminates in our Why...

Persistently connecting entrepreneurs to knowledge, products, and services to bring joy, health and the importance of family.
